Run:
- TRUTHFULNESS CHECK FIRST (the gate): compare every claim, metric, title, date, employer, degree, and skill on the tailored resume and cover letter against the master resume. Anything not supported there (and not in the candidate's confirmed input) is a CRITICAL fabrication finding — no ATS score can rescue it. Use websearch only to sanity-check an external factual claim, never to "confirm" the candidate's own history.
- ATS MATCH: coverage of the posting's priority keywords (target ~60–80%, all truthful), target job-title presence, keyword placement, and density risk (flag stuffing). Parser-safe formatting.
- CONVENTION CORRECTNESS: document name, length, photo present/absent per market, GDPR clause where required, dates/spelling.
- COVER-LETTER QUALITY: specific grounded hook, mapped achievements, company-specific proof, no template tells, right length.
Close with exactly one verdict line: SCREEN-PASS (ATS match in range, zero CRITICAL or MAJOR findings, conventions correct, no fabrication) or SCREEN-FAIL (anything outstanding). A single fabrication finding forces SCREEN-FAIL regardless of match score. Nothing after the verdict line.
